These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using TheFinalNumber. By playing the game, you agree to use it fairly and responsibly.

1. The service

TheFinalNumber is provided for entertainment as a daily arithmetic puzzle. We may update, change, pause or remove features when needed to keep the game working properly.

2. Fair play

Please do not abuse, automate, manipulate or interfere with the game, scores, leaderboards, cookies, APIs or any technical systems. Scores may be removed where abuse, automation or obviously invalid play is detected.

3. Player names and content

Player nicknames must not include abuse, hate, personal contact details, impersonation or anything likely to cause harm. We may remove or amend inappropriate names or leaderboard entries.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the game available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Bugs, maintenance, hosting issues or third-party service problems may affect the site.

5. Liability

TheFinalNumber is provided “as is” for casual entertainment. We are not responsible for losses resulting from use of the site, temporary unavailability or gameplay data issues.
